Interested in being able to request a commemorative DC flag flown over the John A. Wilson Building? Many states and the US Capitol already have Flag Request Programs.
However, after constituents asked me how to get a DC flag flown over the Wilson Building, I discovered we don’t have this program in the District. That's why I introduced the Commemorative Flag Request and Statehood Fund Amendment Act of 2015.
